Payments, fees, and refunds

Registration fees are paid to access the Trade With Funded platform, models, simulated accounts, tools, and related Services.

Registration fees are paid to allow access to the Trade With Funded platform, selected models, simulated accounts, dashboard tools, and Services. The customer is not entitled to a refund of registration fees because the Service is delivered directly after purchase.

All payments are final. No refund applies to the Services offered by Trade With Funded, except where expressly required by applicable law or stated otherwise in writing by Trade With Funded.

Prices for products and Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or replace any Service, account type, account size, model, pricing, tool, or content at any time without notice.

Registration

During the Evaluation Stage and Master Stage, you must not exceed the maximum loss limit, daily loss limit, or any other applicable rule displayed for your selected model, account size, or dashboard account.

During the Evaluation Stage, you may be required to meet specific simulated profit targets and minimum trading day requirements without breaching any rule stated in these Terms, the Trading Rules, or the Responsible Trading Policy.

If a customer fails to comply with applicable Evaluation Stage conditions, the evaluation may be marked as not passed. If a customer fails to comply with applicable Master Stage conditions, the Master account may be marked as not passed. In such cases, Services may be terminated or canceled without refund.

9. Rules of demo and simulation trading

All trading activity is simulated and must comply with our rules, risk requirements, platform terms, and responsible trading standards.

The account may not remain inactive for more than the permitted inactivity period stated on the website, in the dashboard, or in your account rules. Inactivity means that no trades have been executed on the account during the applicable period.

The following trading practices are prohibited during simulated trading. Trade With Funded reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether certain trades, practices, strategies, or situations constitute forbidden trading practices.

Any trading activity intended to exploit simulated trading conditions, platform inefficiencies, or evaluation mechanics

Risk reviews and interviews

We may carry out informal risk assessment interviews or compliance reviews to ensure that there are no prohibited, suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the account. Reviews may occur monthly, weekly, daily, or at another frequency determined by Trade With Funded. Once a review is initiated, we reserve the right to withhold remuneration until the review is satisfactorily completed.

Third Parties

10–11. Optional tools and third-party providers

Our website and platform may include optional third-party tools, integrations, payment providers, trading platforms, or links.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Third-party links and compliance

Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, downtime, errors, systems, or services. If a third-party provider blocks or restricts you for compliance reasons, we reserve the right to mirror such restrictions on our platform.

12. Risk management and compliance

All simulated trading must be performed responsibly and must not exploit the Services, platform, account rules, or simulated trading conditions.

Any trading activity used to take advantage of Trading Platform inefficiencies, simulated conditions, or evaluation mechanics is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, gap trading, high-frequency trading, toxic trading flow, server spamming, latency arbitrage, hedging, long-short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, server execution exploits, opposite account trading, copy trading, and third-party account management.

The customer must trade responsibly and must not exploit the Services by performing trades without market-standard risk management. This includes opening substantially larger position sizes, abnormal quantities of positions, or intentionally trading events or situations in a way that violates the account rules.

Users may be required to participate in risk assessment interviews by answering questions about their trading strategies and behaviors. Failure to comply may result in withheld remuneration, account restrictions, or termination of Services.

In no case shall Trade With Funded, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any performance commission, remuneration, reward, or similar compensation related to use of the Services is not considered a liability of Trade With Funded, except where expressly stated in writing and subject to eligibility, verification, and rule compliance.

If you dispute an order payment, this may have an adverse financial impact on Trade With Funded and its payment providers. We may ban accounts directly involved in the dispute or associated with the same order number and may not entertain subsequent requests to unban such accounts.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this website or in respect of the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Trade With Funded.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, review, revise, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the website or Services following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Avoid news trading where prohibited and do not intentionally trade news events in a way that abuses the account.
Apply sound risk management and avoid overtrading or overleveraging.
Use realistic profit targets, stop-loss levels, and careful position sizing.
Preserve capital and manage accounts as if you were trading your own capital.
Regularly review your trading performance, risk exposure, and strategy.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
