Account Access

Your TradePanel account is strictly personal.

Your trading account access may never be shared with any third party. This is a direct ban violation.

No third-party access

Your TradePanel trading account is strictly personal. You are not allowed to share your login details, account access, dashboard access or trading platform access with any third party. If a third party accesses, manages, trades, monitors or controls your account, this is considered a serious violation and will result in a direct ban.

Use your own trade ideas

You must trade using your own trading ideas, strategy and analysis. Copying another trader's trade idea, signals, positions or account activity is strictly prohibited. We respect your own trading decisions and your own trade ideas, not copied ideas from someone else.

Risk Management

Excessive risk-taking and gambling behavior

Traders must trade responsibly and apply market-standard risk management rules.

Over-leveraging

Participating in trades with disproportionately high levels of risk in relation to capital or risk tolerance is prohibited. This includes excessive leverage, overexposure or full margin behavior.

Gambling behavior

Trading driven by emotions instead of rational analysis may resemble gambling. This includes chasing losses, impulsive decisions or addictive trading behavior.

Overtrading

Continuously entering and exiting trades without a clear strategy or rationale is prohibited and may indicate poor trading behavior.

Maximum risk per position

Master accounts of 50K and above have a maximum risk limit of 2% per position.
Merged or scaled accounts with a combined value of 50K or more also follow the 2% maximum risk rule.
Accounts below 50K, including 5K, 10K and 25K accounts, have a maximum risk limit of 3% per position.
A single trade, split positions, or the same trade idea opened within 10 minutes in the same direction are treated as one trade.

Arbitrage

Arbitrage and reverse trading

All forms of arbitrage are considered toxic because they lack a clear underlying trading idea, strategy or rationale.

Hedge Arbitrage

Simultaneously entering opposing positions with different firms is prohibited.

Latency Arbitrage

Exploiting differences in execution times across platforms or venues to profit from small price delays is prohibited.

Reverse Trading

Signs and behaviors such as risking the full daily loss on one trade may indicate reverse trading between different firms.

Behavior

Poor money management and behavioral patterns

Trading behavior must remain consistent, rational and aligned with responsible risk management.

Poor money management

Frequent margin calls due to inadequate funds or risky positions may indicate a lack of risk management and may pose a threat to the trader's accounts or the firm's stability.

Inconsistent behavior

Trading during illiquid market hours to exploit liquidity shortages, consistently disregarding risk management principles or making emotional decisions is prohibited.

Compliance

Risk assessment interviews

The Company may conduct informal risk assessment interviews to protect against prohibited or suspicious activity.

Mandatory review participation

Risk and compliance assessments may occur monthly, weekly or daily. Once a review is initiated, remuneration may be withheld until the assessment is completed satisfactorily. Users may be required to answer questions about their trading strategies and behaviors. Failure to comply may result in remuneration being withheld and services being terminated.
